After ending 2024 on a winning note against West Indies, India women will gear up for their first-ever bilateral home series against Ireland women in January 2025.
India will host the Irish women’s cricket team for a three-match ODI series. This will also be the first bilateral ODI series between both sides in 19 years, with the last coming in 2006 in Ireland, which India won by 2-0.
It will be a crucial series for India as they prepare for the upcoming Women’s Cricket World Cup scheduled at home this year. The Ireland women’s tour of India will kick off on January 10 with the first ODI match.
The second game will take place on January 12, while the third one-dayer will take place on January 15. Rajkot’s Niranjan Shah Stadium will stage all three ODIs, starting at 11:00 AM IST.
