The Asia Cup 2025 kicked off on September 9 in Abu Dhabi. Eight teams are in the hunt to become the Asian champions.

So, how much prize money will the Asia Cup 2025 winners earn?
As per reports, the Asian champions will take home US$300,000. That’s approximately INR 2.6 crore.
The winner’s prize money has seen a jump of 50 per cent! India bagged US$150,000 after winning the Asia Cup 2023.
Has the runners-up’s prize money also gone up?
Of course. The runners-up’s share has also doubled. They will receive US$150,000 (INR 1.3 crore approx.), up from the previous edition’s US$75,000.

While there’s no official information available, other participants generally walk away with some prize money. So, expect the other six teams to earn their share from the prize pot.

It’s not just the teams that will bag huge sums. Players will also pocket prize money for their individual brilliance.
A Player of the Match award will fetch a US$5,000 (INR 4.41 lakh approx.) cheque. And the Player of the Series will collect US$15,000 (INR 13 lakh approx.).
