After a month-long break, the Indian team will be back in action for the series against Bangladesh in September-October 2024. The series against Bangladesh will mark the beginning of a busy 2024-25 home season for the Men in Blue.
India will host Bangladesh for 2 Tests and 3 T20Is, starting on September 19. The 2 Test matches are part of the ongoing WTC cycle, carrying significant points to qualify for the final.
Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium will host the first Test match, while Kanpur’s Green Park will stage the second game starting on September 27.
After wrapping up the Test series, the current T20 World Champions will square off against Bangla Tigers in a 3-match T20I series. Earlier, Dharamsala was slated to host the first T20I, but now Gwalior will host it on October 6.
Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium will host the second game on October 9, while Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium will stage the last match on October 12.
