India will be playing a lot of white-ball cricket, especially at home. And it will be a good prep for the Women in Blue as India hosts the 50-over World Cup in October-November 2025.

India vs Ireland | January 2025 (Home)
India women will kick off their 2025 by hosting Ireland women for an ODI series. This will be the first bilateral series between both sides in India.
The ODI series against Ireland is part of the ongoing ICC Women’s Championship. The three-match series will take place in Rajkot, with the matches scheduled on January 10, 12, and 15.
England vs India | June-July 2025 (Away)
After finishing the WPL 2025 and resting for a few months, the Indian women’s cricket team will be back on the road. They will fly to England for a while-ball tour in June-July 2025.
England women and India women will engage in five T20Is and three ODIs. The tour will start with the first T20I on June 28 in Nottingham, followed by Bristol hosting the second on July 1. The Oval, Manchester, and Edgbaston will stage the next three T20Is on July 4, 9, and 12, respectively.
Southampton will start the ODI leg on July 16, with Lord’s Cricket Ground and Durham hosting the next two matches on July 19 and 22.
India vs Australia | September 2025 (Home)
The Women in Blue will shift their focus towards the ODI series against Australia at home. This will be the last prep before the World Cup.
Australia will land in India in September to participate in a three-match ODI series against the hosts.
ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 | October-November 2025 (Home)
India is the official host of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025. The 50-over showdown will take place in October-November 2025 across several venues in India.
A total of eight teams will participate in the event, with four teams – India, Australia, England, and South Africa – already qualified. There will be 31 ODI matches, including the knockouts.
India vs Bangladesh | December 2025 (Home)
Following the World Cup, India will host neighbouring Bangladesh for white-ball cricket. India women will take on Bangladesh women in three ODIs and as many T20Is in December 2025 to wrap up the year.
