After starting their summer schedule on a positive note, New Zealand is all set to host Pakistan for a 5-match T20I series. Pakistan will travel to New Zealand after the conclusion of their Test series against Australia.
The T20I series between New Zealand and Pakistan will act as a perfect preparation for the 2024 T20 World Cup. Both teams have announced their squads with a mixture of experienced and rookie players.
Speaking of the schedule, the T20I series will take place between January 12 and January 21 across 4 venues. The venues are Eden Park in Auckland, Seddon Park in Hamilton, University Oval in Dunedin, and Hagley Oval in Christchurch.
Eden Park will host the first T20I on January 12. The second T20I will take place in Hamilton on January 14, while the third match will be held in Dunedin on January 17. And the fourth and fifth T20Is will take place in Christchurch on January 19 and 21, respectively.

After a much-needed rest, Kane Williamson and Devon Conway are making a comeback in the squad. However, Williamson won’t play in the third match to manage his injury, and Josh Clarkson will replace him for that match. Pacer Matt Henry is also back in the squad after recovering from a hamstring injury he sustained during the 2023 World Cup.
