After a short tour of Australia, India women will return home to host the West Indies women’s team. The Caribbean team will be touring India for the first time after 2016.
India women and the West Indies women will engage in a white-ball series in December 2024. The series involves three T20I matches and as many ODI games.
Both teams will first lock horns in the T20I leg, with the first match scheduled for December 15. The second and third T20Is will take place on December 17 and 19, respectively.
Then the attention will shift towards the ODI matches, which carry significant points towards the ICC Women’s Championship. The West Indies women will look to add as many points as possible to gain a direct qualification for the 2025 World Cup scheduled in India.
The first ODI match will be played on December 22. Then the next two ODIs will take place on December 24 and 27, respectively. The first two matches are day/night games, while the third ODI is a day game.

The DY Patil Stadium, located in Navi Mumbai, will stage the T20I leg of the series. Both teams will then travel to Vadodara, where the Reliance Stadium will host the ODI games.
