Yes. Although Afghanistan are the official hosts, the series will take place in Delhi, India. The entire T20I series of three matches will take place at the Arun Jaitely Stadium in Delhi.
This is because of the fact that they can’t host any team back home. And this is not the first time Afghanistan are hosting a series in India.

Ibrahim Zadran will lead hosts Afghanistan in the series. He will open along with Rahmanullah Gurbaz, with Darwish Rasooli and Sediqullah Atal to follow.
They have a lineup of experienced all-rounders in Mohammad Nabi, Azmatullah Omarzai, Gulbadin Naib and Rashid Khan.
