Fans are eagerly waiting for Australia’s 2025-26 home season to start. And the good news is the 2025-26 home season will start earlier this time.
The Australian men’s cricket team will kick off the season in August 2025. They will have a busy season thereafter, with three series scheduled.
The Australian women’s team, though, will have light work to do. They have only a single all-format series scheduled this season.
So here’s Australia’s complete schedule for the 2025-26 home season.
Australia Women’s Cricket Team 2025-26 Home Season Schedule
Australia women have only one assignment in the 2025-26 home summer season. They will engage in a multi-format series against India women in February-March 2026.
The series will see three T20Is, three ODIs, and a one-off Test played across seven venues. Both teams will first lock horns in the T20I leg.
The first T20I will take place in Sydney on February 15, 2026. Both teams will move to Canberra for the second T20I on February 19. The Adelaide Oval will stage the last T20I on February 21.
Australia women and India women will then shift focus to the ODI leg. The first one-dayer will take place in Brisbane on February 24.
Hobart will host the second 50-over game on February 27. And the third ODI will take place in Melbourne on March 1.
Australia women will then wrap up their home season with a one-off Test against the Indian side. It will be a four-day affair starting on March 6 in Perth.

Australia Men’s Cricket Team 2025-26 Home Season Schedule
Unlike their women counterparts, Australia men have a busy home season 2025-26 schedule. They will host three teams over the home season.
Australia’s first challenge will be against South Africa in August 2025. They will lock horns against the Proteas in three T20Is and as many ODIs.
The entirety of the series will take place in the north of Australia. Darwin, Cairns, and Mackay will share the hosting duties.
The first two T20Is will take place in Darwin. Cairns will stage the last T20I and the first one-dayer. And the series will conclude in Mackay with the last two 50-over games.
Australia’s next assignment will be against India. The Indian team will arrive on Australian shores in October 2025.
Both teams will square off in a limited-overs series. First up will be the three ODIs. Perth, Adelaide, and Sydney will host the day-night ODIs.
Then the attention will turn towards T20I games. Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Gold Coast, and Brisbane will host the 20-over games.
Once the white-ball action concludes, the much-awaited Test cricket will take centre stage. And this season around, England will arrive for the Ashes.
