South Africa’s ODI Schedule Till 2027 Cricket World Cup

South Africa is one of the co-hosts for the 2027 Cricket World Cup. So, they are among the favourites to lift the trophy.

As the home World Cup approaches, the Proteas will amp up their preparations by playing significant ODIs. And they will play close to 20 ODIs before the big event.

Namibia vs South Africa | August-September 2026 (Away)

Following their historic T20I match in October 2025, South Africa will return to Namibia in 2026. They will first play in a T20I tri-series, also involving Zimbabwe.

After the tri-series, Namibia and South Africa will play their first bilateral ODI series. The series will consist of three one-dayers.

South Africa vs Australia | September-October 2026 (Home)

The Proteas will return home for an important series against Australia. They will take on the Aussies in a three-match ODI series.

South Africa vs Bangladesh | November-December 2026 (Home)

After Australia’s departure, South Africa will host Bangladesh in November 2026. Both teams will lock horns in three ODI matches, along with two Tests.

South Africa vs England | December 2026-January 2027 (Home)

South Africa will wrap up 2026 with an all-format series against England. The long series features three ODIs in December 2026.

Note: South Africa may potentially schedule a few more ODI matches before the World Cup starts in October 2027.
