Keeping that in mind, here we have listed all the major ICC tournaments that will take place from 2024 to 2031. Let’s take a look!
2024
Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 | West Indies & USA
The West Indies and the USA will be co-hosting the 9th edition of the Men’s T20 World Cup from June 1 to June 29, 2024. A total of 20 teams are going to participate in the tournament, with a major cricket tournament taking place for the first time in the USA.
Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 | Bangladesh
Following the men’s tournament, Bangladesh will host the Women’s T20 World Cup in October 2024. This will be the 9th edition, with 10 teams featuring in the tournament.

2025
Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup 2025 | Malaysia & Thailand
After delivering a successful inaugural edition in 2023, the Women’s U19 T20 World Cup will be back again in 2025. The newest ICC event will kick off in January 2025, with Malaysia and Thailand co-hosting the competition. The Women’s U19 T20 World Cup will have 16 teams as participants.
Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 | Pakistan
The Champions Trophy will be making a comeback after 8 years, having last played in 2017. The defending champions, Pakistan, are the designated host of the 9th edition of the Champions Trophy.
All 8 participants have been locked in after the conclusion of the 2023 World Cup. Apart from the host Pakistan, Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, New Zealand, and South Africa will feature in the CT 2025.
World Test Championship Final 2025 | England
After a gruelling 2023-25 cycle, the top 2 teams on the WTC points table will fight it out in the WTC Final 2025. As usual, England will host the summit clash in June 2025.

Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 | India
India will be hosting the Women’s Cricket World Cup for the first time after a gap of 12 years. They had last hosted it in 2013. The 13th edition of the Women’s World Cup will take place between October and November 2025.
2026
Men’s Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2026 | Zimbabwe & Namibia
The Men’s U19 World Cup will be hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia for the first time. The 16th edition of the youth World Cup will take place in January 2026.

Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 | England
The Women’s T20 World Cup will be back again in 2026 with its 10th edition. This time, England will play host, with the tournament set to get underway in June 2026.
Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 | India & Sri Lanka
The 10th edition of the Men’s T20 World Cup will take place between October and November 2026. India and Sri Lanka will co-host the tournament.

2027
Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup 2027 | Bangladesh & Nepal
Nepal will host a major ICC event for the first time in 2027 by co-hosting the 3rd edition of the Women’s U19 T20 World Cup. Bangladesh will be the other co-host, with the tournament scheduled for January 2027.
Women’s T20 Champions Trophy 2027 | Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka will host the inaugural edition of the Women’s Champions Trophy. The tournament will happen in February 2027, with matches played in T20I format.
World Test Championship Final 2027 | England
The 4th World Test Championship Final will take place in June 2027, with England being the host.

Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027 | South Africa, Zimbabwe, & Namibia
The 14th edition of the ODI World Cup will take place in October/November 2027. Namibia will be hosting the pinnacle event for the first time, with South Africa and Zimbabwe co-hosting it after 2003.

Men’s T20 World Cup 2028 | Australia & New Zealand
In a repeat of the 2015 ODI World Cup, Australia and New Zealand will co-host an ICC event in 2028. This time, it will be the 11th edition of the Men’s T20 World Cup, slated for October 2028.
2029
Men’s Champions Trophy 2029 | India
India will be hosting the Champions Trophy for the first time since 2006. The mini-World Cup will take place in October 2029.
2030
Men’s T20 World Cup 2030 | England, Ireland, & Scotland
The Men’s T20 World Cup will be back in England for the first time since 2009. It will also be the first time that Ireland and Scotland will co-host the T20 World Cup. The tournament is slated to be held in June 2030.
2031
Men’s Cricket World Cup 2031 | India & Bangladesh
India and Bangladesh will share the hosting duties for the 2031 Men’s Cricket World Cup. The 50-over tournament will take place between October and November 2031.
