Indian Cricketers Salaries and Central Contract List | 2025-26 (BCCI Contract)

On February 9, 2026, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) revealed the player central contracts for the 2025-26 season. As many as 30 players are on the annual retainers list. Their contracts will run from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.

So let’s see the Indian players with the central BCCI annual contracts for the 2025-26 season here.

Indian Players with BCCI Contracts for 2025-26 Season

As mentioned earlier, 30 players have earned the contract this season, four fewer than last season. Twenty-nine of those players have retained their spots, while Sai Sudharsan is the only new entrant.

Here are the players with the central contract for the 2025-26 season:

BCCI Contract Categories

Now these players have been split into four contract categories. The categories are Grade A+, Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C.

Each category offers a certain salary to the players for the mentioned contract period. The top category, Grade A+, commands the highest salary of INR 7 crore, followed by Grade A (5 crore), Grade B (3 crore), and Grade C (1 crore).

Let’s see how many players are part of each category.

Notably, no player features in the Grade A+ category in this season, while only three players are in Grade A. Eleven players are part of Grade B, while Grade C has the most, with 16 players on the roster.
