After a forgettable outing in the 2024 T20 World Cup, Pakistan are all set to start a busy 2024-25 season with several cracking series at home and away.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) unveiled their men’s team’s schedule, involving fiery contests against cricket’s heavyweights. The Men in Green will fight against Bangladesh, England, Australia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, the West Indies, and New Zealand on home and foreign soil.
As Pakistan kick off another exciting season, we look at Pakistan’s complete schedule for the 2024-25 international cricket season.

Pakistan vs Bangladesh | August – September 2024 (Home)
Pakistan will start their 2024-25 season with a 2-match Test series against Bangladesh at home. Rawalpindi will host the first Test starting on August 21 and Karachi hosting the second on August 30, with the series being part of both team’s 2023=25 WTC cycles.

Pakistan vs England | October 2024 (Home)
After a month’s break, Pakistan will be back in action against England for an exciting 3-match Test series. This will be England’s consecutive trip to Pakistan after their last series in December 2022, which the visitors won by 3-0.
The first Test will take place between October 7 and 11 in Multan. Karachi will play host to the second match starting on October 15, while the series will conclude in Rawalpindi with the third Test scheduled on October 24.

Australia vs Pakistan | November 2024 (Away)
The Men in Green will then embark on Australia’s tour for a limited-overs series. Pakistan will square off in 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is against Australia.
The much-anticipated tour will kick off with the first ODI in Melbourne (Nov. 4), followed by the second in Adelaide (Nov. 8), and the third in Perth (Nov. 10).
The focus will then shift to the T20I series, starting on November 14 in Brisbane, followed by Sydney (Nov. 16) and Hobart (Nov. 18) hosting the second and third games.
Zimbabwe vs Pakistan | November – December 2024 (Away)
After the Australia series, Pakistan will fly out to Bulawayo for a limited-overs series against Zimbabwe. The series involves 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is.
The ODIs will take place on November 24, 26 and 28, while the T20Is will take place on December 1, 3, and 5.
South Africa vs Pakistan | December 2024 – January 2025 (Away)
After wrapping up the Zimbabwe tour, Pakistan will head to South Africa for an all-format series involving 3 T20Is, 3 ODIs, and 2 Tests.
The series will start with the T20Is starting on December 10 in Durban. Centurion and Johannesburg will host back-to-back games on December 13 and 14.
The ODI series will get underway in Paarl on December 17, followed by the second match in Cape Town (Den. 19) and the third in Johannesburg (Dec. 22).
Both teams will then engage in the Boxing Day Test starting on December 26, 2024, and the New Year Test starting on January 3, 2025.

Pakistan vs West Indies | January 2025 (Home)
After a gruelling away schedule, Pakistan will be back home to take on the West Indies in a 2-match Test series. This will be Pakistan’s last Test series in the current WTC cycle.
Karachi will host the first Test starting on January 16, while Multan will host the second match starting on January 24.

ODI Tri-Series vs New Zealand & South Africa | February 2025 (Home)
Pakistan will then host New Zealand and South Africa for an ODI Tri-Series in Multan. The 3 teams will take on each other once, with the top 2 teams making it to the final on February 14.
ICC Champions Trophy 2025 | February – March 2025 (Home)
Pakistan will host the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in February and March 2025. Apart from them, 7 teams — Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, New Zealand, and South Africa — have qualified for the prestigious tournament.
