Women’s T20 World Cup 2026: Venues

England are set to host the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026. Seven iconic venues across the country will host the tournament from June 12 to July 5.

So, here’s all you need to know about the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 venues.

County Ground, Bristol

Bristol will host the Women’s T20 World Cup matches for the first time. The venue will host six group stage games.

The surface at the County Ground tends to offer pace and bounce. So batters and fast bowlers should get decent help here.

Edgbaston, Birmingham

Birmingham will also make its Women’s T20 World Cup debut. Unlike Bristol, Edgbaston will stage just four matches, including the marquee content between India and Pakistan.

Edgbaston generally offers balanced tracks. So expect even a contest between bat and ball.

Headingley, Leeds

Headingley is another venue set to host the Women’s T20 World Cup for the first time. A total of five matches will take place here.

The pitch at Leeds has variable bounce. So bowlers tend to trouble batters. And things become slightly favourable for pacers under overcast conditions.

Kennington Oval, London

The Oval is host to just three games this edition. Two of those games are semi-finals.

The London venue slightly favours batters, while bowlers make the most of the helpful seaming conditions.

Lord’s, London

Lord’s is an iconic venue with a lot of history behind it. The Home of Cricket will host the grand final, alongside three group stage matches.

The venue has a balanced surface, with equal help for batters and bowlers. Batters, however, need to deal with the ‘slope’ cautiously.

Old Trafford, Manchester

Manchester will play host to five group stage matches. This will be the first Women’s T20 World Cup matches at this venue.

The Old Trafford traditionally favours bowlers bit more. They can be a menace under cloudy conditions, putting batters under pressure.

The Rose Bowl, Southampton

One of England’s modern cricket stadiums, the Rose Bowl will host six group stage matches.

The Southhampton surface is generally known to be batter friendly. So expect some high-scoring games at this venue.
