
Indian women’s cricket is at its best right now. The Women in Blue are the current world champions in ODI cricket, having lifted the World Cup on home soil in 2025.
So, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has rewarded the world champions with central contracts. Here’s a look at the central contracts offered for the 2025-25 season.
Indian Women Cricketers with Central Contracts and Salaries
On February 9, 2026, the BCCI revealed its central contracts roster for the 2025-25 season.
They handed contracts to 21 women cricketers, five more than last season. Their contracts run from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
Of the 21, seven players are new entrants this time around. From the last cycle, three players missed out. And they are Shreyanka Patil, Titas Sadhu, and Pooja Vastrakar.
The 21 players are split into three grades: A, B and C. Here’s a grade-wise player and salary breakup:
Grade A
The top tier of BCCI’s central contracts features four women cricketers. Among the four, Jemimah Rodrigues has moved up a grade. These players will draw INR 50 lakh annually.

- Harmanpreet Kaur
- Smriti Mandhana
- Jemimah Rodrigues
- Deepti Sharma
Grade B
Grade B also features four players. Among them, Sneh Rana has earned a promotion from Grade C. Her annual salary, along with the other three, will be INR 30 lakh.

- Richa Ghosh

Grade C
A total of 13 players make up the Grade C. All seven new entrants are part of this category, which comes with an annual salary of INR 10 lakh.

Indian Women Cricketers Match Fees
Alongside their annual salaries, Indian women cricketers also receive match fees.
Here’s the match fee structure for every format:
Women’s Test: INR 15 lakh (playing XI) & INR 7.5 lakh (non-playing XI)
Women’s ODI: INR 6 lakh (playing XI) & INR 3 lakh (non-playing XI)
Women’s T20I: INR 3 lakh (playing XI) & INR 1.5 lakh (non-playing XI)
