Australia Women’s Cricket Team 2026-27 Home Season Schedule

Australia women have a pretty light home schedule in the 2026-27 season. They will play just two series on home soil.

While there’s a long gap between the two series, one of those series is a historic affair. The series in question is against Bangladesh. The other series is against New Zealand.

Here’s a detailed look at Australia women’s 2026-27 home season schedule.

Australia vs Bangladesh | October 2026

This one’s a historic fixture. Bangladesh women will land in Australia for their first-ever women’s bilateral series here.

Australia will take on the visitors in a white-ball series in October. The series includes three ODIs and three T20Is. The ODIs, especially, will be crucial as they are part of the Women’s ODI Championship.

Brisbane will host the entire ODI leg. The first one-dayer will take place on October 9, followed by the second on October 11. The last ODI will take place on October 14.

T20Is will then follow, with the first match on October 18. The second and third T20Is will take place on October 20 and 22, respectively. North Sydney will host all T20Is.

Ongoing & Upcoming Series Schedule:

Australia vs New Zealand | February-March 2027

Australia will resume their home season in February 2027. On their return, they will host trans-Tasman neighbours New Zealand.

They will face the White Ferns in a limited-overs series. The series itinerary features three T20Is and as many ODIs. There were talks of a women’s Test in the series, though New Zealand Cricket rejected the proposal.

Nevertheless, both teams will first compete in T20Is. North Sydney will host another T20I, with the first game scheduled on February 21.

The series will move to Australia’s capital, Canberra, for the second T20I on February 24. Melbourne will host the last T20I on February 26.

Melbourne will also kick off the ODI leg on March 1, with both teams competing for the Rose Bowl. The next two ODIs will take place in Adelaide on March 5 and 7, respectively.
