So, when does the Women’s Asia Cup Rising Stars 2026 start?
The tournament will start on February 13, 2026. Pakistan A will take on Nepal in the tournament opener at 9:30 AM local time (8:00 AM IST).
Which venue will host the matches?
Thailand are the host for the tournament. All the matches will take place at the Terdthai Cricket Ground in Bangkok.
How many teams are participating?
It’s an eight-team tournament. Four of them are full-member teams, while others are associate teams.
The full-member teams will field their ‘A’ sides, while the associates will play with their usual squads. India A are the defending champions. They beat Bangladesh A back in 2023.

What’s the format?
The tournament has a single round-robin format in place. Teams will face their group members once each, playing three matches.
The top two teams from each group will then advance to the semi-finals. The table toppers of Group A will square off against the second-placed team of Group B in the first semi-final, while the No. 1 team from Group B will take on the No. 2 from Group A in the second semi-final. The winners of both finals will then lock horns in the tournament final.
What’s the full schedule for the Women’s Asia Cup Rising Stars 2026?
The group stage will see 12 matches played till February 18. Both semi-finals will take place on February 20. And the final will happen on Sunday, February 22.
