The IPL 2024 has started with much fanfare, and now the focus will be on all the 10 captains and their respective teams.

Leading a team in the cash-rich league is not an easy task, with the constant need to come up with strategies to defeat the opponent. Nevertheless, every skipper will have their eyes set on the coveted IPL trophy.

This article lists the captains of all 10 teams for the IPL 2024 season.

Chennai Super Kings

Captain: Ruturaj Gaikwad

Gaikwad has been a mainstay of CSK’s batting lineup for the last few seasons. The opener will now have the responsibility of steering the team, not just with the bat but also by chalking out winning strategies.
